Using a palette of yellows and whites this artwork pays homage to the many and varied types of daffodil. The 'trumpet' is built up to give height whilst woven stems become the veins of the petals.

  • Enclosed in a 8" round wooden embroidery hoop with clamp
  • The overall depth is around 6cm. The flowers project out of the frame—the artwork is not behind glass so you can appreciate the work's natural relief, texture, and sometimes the smell!
  • Black coloured tulle and black background to highlight the pale yellows and white shades.
  • Can be hung using the clamp (using a nail or ribbon)
