Wispy Y-shaped twigs have been bound together and their stems curled into spirals creating a stylised tree. The tree is studded with delicate white star-shaped statice flowers that contrast with the sturdy, cocooning nature of the bare branches surrounding them.

  • Enclosed in a 12" circular wooden embroidery hoop with clamp (not framed behind glass)
  • The overall depth is around 5cm.
  • White tulle
  • This piece does not have a backing as it would be a striking addition to any light coloured wall
  • Can be hung using the clamp
  • The works are not behind glass so you can appreciate the work's natural relief, texture, and sometimes the smell!
  • Please note - there is a tear in the tulle fabric in the bottom-left corner of the frame, shown in close-up in the final photo. It is hard to see and does not detract from the piece but the price reduction reflects this imperfection.
